Danfoss seeks a Mechanical Engineer with Lead Potential who has injection moulding design experience within industrial electronics to join our global Hardware Development team.

You will join an innovative team consisting of both R&D and Supply Chain Integration specialists. In this collaborative setting, we are working in a project based environment with both traditional and agile methodologies. You will not only maintain an existing product portfolio but also be part of developing new products and product platforms.

Your mission will be to direct and lead the successful development of mechanical design for electronic controllers and services. You will execute R&D activities and will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners; thus you will need to communicate specifications at a high level of detail and be good at following up on tasks.
