Design thinking Agile Coach (Glostrup, Greater Copenhagen)

Do you have a passion for working with design thinking as well as handling solution and competence development in an agile set up? Are you a catalyst of personal growth and transformation in others?
You will be a member of the Buying & Owning Real Estate Nordic Tribe. We are a customer journey Tribe that work close together with other tribes while we maintain and develop our own systems.
As an Agile Coach, you will:
- be part of an awesome Agile Chapter where we co-create our learning journey guide squads in this new model and ways of working, coach them and strengthen the agile practices within the tribe
- promote the understanding of the Agile mindset and facilitate the agile events (e.g. Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, etc.) to increase effectiveness and customer focus
