The Commercial and Corporate Insurance businesses are running a portfolio of Agile IT development initiatives and have been applying agile principles for more than 4 years. Increasing business demand requires that we scale our agile development capacity even more - efficiently and fast.

With strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency you will lead the way our teams work under an Agile / SAFe umbrella, while modernizing and launching new products.

You will get a strong team of seasoned agile practitioners as colleagues as well as a network of agile sparring partners across Tryg. In our Scrum Master group, we assist in helping other teams adapt agile practices by sharing our knowledge and best practices.
