Würth wanted to refine their employer brand and came to us with the aim to improve their efforts. The collaboration resulted in a 1,000% increase in traffic to their career site (yes, that number is correct – no extra zero). And they ended up hiring a whole team with 16 top-tier candidates.
The Challenge

We created a 360-degree solution that embraced the entire candidate journey; a tailored career site, 5 social media videos, 6 graphic banners for their job ads, copywriting and assistance with writing their job ads. It all aligned with Würth’s own website design and maintained a consistent look and feel across subpages.
And what was the result? The combined effort across platforms and social media led to a 1,000% increase in traffic to their career site. And where they had previously struggled to hire the right profiles, they were now able to fill an entire team with 16 highly qualified candidates. The social media storytelling was especially well received by candidates — and, not least, widely shared through employees’ extended networks.
