Meet Justyna Szczepanska, Innovation Centre Manager
“I shrink beer for a living…

That’s always a conversation starter. At the REVOS Innovation Centre in Søborg, we remove water from beer using reverse osmosis technology. This makes brewing more sustainable and more affordable. Less weight to transport means lower costs and a lighter footprint on the planet. In innovation, speed matters.

Some think I’m impatient, but really, I care about ideas and making sure they don’t fade before they have a chance to become real. Leading these kinds of processes isn’t about enforcing one way of working. Innovation brings together many different personalities, and the key is to adapt and to listen.

Sometimes the “crazy” idea that makes us laugh at first ends up containing the one per cent of genius we need. That’s why openness matters. Meeting people and their ideas without assumptions is what keeps innovation alive.”
