Head of HR Operations

Are you ready to develop and empower a team of three HR professionals while heading the HR Operations in a strategic yet hands-on role close to the business?

This is an opportunity for you to be part of our innovative and enthusiastic People department of fifteen people who focus on talent acquisition, operations, business partnering, and organisational development across our 14 global offices.

HR Administrator (paternity cover)

Working as part of a pan-European team made up of team members across the UK and Denmark, you will be responsible for updating our People system, ensuring that changes are processed in a timely manner and employee data is accurate. You’ll also be supporting our employment contract flow incl. paperwork required through all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Global Rewards Partner

Are you passionate about shaping rewards strategy? Are you motivated by designing and implementing global rewards programs?

As a Global Rewards Partner, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from the People & Culture organization across regions delivering meaningful and engaging rewards programs that provide a great rewards experience for Svitzer’s employees.

We are looking to expand our international Human Resources team with an HR Operations Advisor Nordics, who has a passion for payroll, employment law and customer service.
