We are looking for an experienced HR and payroll administrator to join our team in Global HR. You will be responsible for independently running HR administration and payroll for our Nordic affiliate with 30 employees in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). You will also be working together with a colleague handling HR administration for our DK affiliate with 800 employees.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently and independently handling payroll and pension for Nordic affiliate by working with the external service provider (payroll is outsourced)
- Supporting managers and employees in questions about salaries, pensions, insurance etc.
- Making sure HRIS tool Workday is always up to date and support managers and employees in using the tool

- Support the HR Manager EMEA and several senior leaders with a heavy focus on Organizational Effectiveness, Proactive Employee Relations, HR compliance, Employee and Manager development and training
- Ensure compliance with all federal laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation, etc.
