Event- og hotelkoordinator

Vi søger en ambitiøs event- og hotelkoordinator med brancheerfaring til Anneberg Kulturpark. Du skal være med til at understøtte, at endnu flere gæster får en fantastisk oplevelse, når de besøger, overnatter og nyder aktiviteterne i Anneberg Kulturpark

Ved gæstearrangementer er du Anneberg Kulturparks kontaktperson (single point of contact).

Du har ansvar for at organisere og koordinere – i samarbejde med kunden og Anneberg Kulturparks interessenter – events, fester, konferencer, seminarer, bryllupper, firmaarrangementer og andre specielle begivenheder. Dette omfatter alt fra den indledende planlægning til koordinering på dagen.

Senior Event Project Manager

As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will be part of our HORIZONS team in Copenhagen.

This will involve some of the following activities:

• Coordination and servicing of MICE Groups, site inspections and Fam trips.
• Creating PowerPoint proposals and Excel costings from a given template.
• Supporting the Mice Team with logistical and administrative support.

We have an active social scene involving team outings, activities & social evenings.

Public Diplomacy Officer (DEN24148)

The British Embassy in Copenhagen is recruiting a self-driven, creative and delivery-focused individual with public diplomacy and/or communications experience to deliver the Embassy’s public diplomacy work, a key priority for the UK Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark.

You will work directly to the Ambassador and Head of the Communications, Public Diplomacy and Climate Team to organise and deliver a variety set-piece events and coordinate content for digital platforms and campaigns. You will play a central role in strengthening the Embassy’s influence to the Danish government, public and wider civil society to promote the close and long-standing relationship between the UK and Denmark.
