Change Manager

This role offers a great opportunity for growth, allowing you to shape your own focus areas and develop within the program.

You will play a crucial role in managing and executing change management activities.

Some of your responsibilities could include: Defining and structuring change management activities for Build, Onboarding, and Hypercare phases and conducting quantitative and qualitative change management analysis (e.g., Change Readiness, Change Impact).

Sustainability Director

The Sustainability Director contributes to the development of new investments from early screening through-out the whole investment cycle to ensure impact contribution according to IFU’s impact priority areas (green, just and inclusive transition) and to manage E&S risks and potential negative impacts.

Senior Business Development Director – EMEA
