Join Our Team as a Transformation Specialist

Are you ready to be part of the largest transformation in the Danish telecom industry? Do you thrive on solving operational and admin tasks, collaborating with various stakeholders, and making things happen?

You will manage the operations of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), which include products, platforms, people, and processes delivered by Telia Company to Norlys during the transition period until we have built up the capabilities in Norlys.

Change Manager

This role offers a great opportunity for growth, allowing you to shape your own focus areas and develop within the program.

You will play a crucial role in managing and executing change management activities.

Some of your responsibilities could include: Defining and structuring change management activities for Build, Onboarding, and Hypercare phases and conducting quantitative and qualitative change management analysis (e.g., Change Readiness, Change Impact).

Our goal is to bring our common Operations Excellence model to the next level of maturity, building on best practices and serving the entire Operations organisation in the 8 countries we are operating. In this journey, performance digitalization will be vital.

Your role in this will be crucial as driving the Operations performance management roadmap and executing excellence & Continuous Improvement projects effectively is instrumental for the success.
