Som Service Office Assistant er du firmaets ansigt udadtil og indgår i et stærkt lokalt team af servicemedarbejdere, der servicerer gæster i frontline og derudover har telefonisk og skriftlig kommunikation med både gæster og ejere. Vores gæster er fra store dele af Europa, og primært fra Tyskland og Skandinavien.

Derudover har du ansvar for forskellige administrative opgaver så som skriftlige reklamationer, skader, afregning af depositum samt almindeligt forefaldende kontoropgaver.

Responsibilities and duties:
