Sales Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced and resourceful Sales Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding sales team at KKWS Service.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Spare Parts Service Sales Team, where your responsibilities will focus on providing operational and administrative support, enhancing the effectiveness of our sales efforts. You will be responsible for pricing and proposals preparation, to manage our customer data and handle daily inquiries from our customers.

Nordic Support Specialist – Part time

We are looking for a Nordic speaking part time colleague to help us out on evenings and weekends primarily.

What you will do:

• Work closely with the rest of the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers
• Provide mail, chat and phone support to our Nordic customers primarily

We are a remote company but we have a hub in beautiful Copenhagen where you have the option to work from.
