Your Key Result Areas

• At all times comply with the project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy, and procedures.
• Review and analyse requirements and design specifications to create a comprehensive and accurate requirements matrix to serve as the foundation for the development of test cases and test design.

Test Manager

You will work with Cognizant’s customers to provide test automation solutions to various projects, will support creation customized test automation approaches as required and help increase test automation capabilities internally.

Your Key Result Areas

• At all times comply with the project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy, and procedures.
• Facilitate, write and maintain the Master Test Plan.
• Identify the test levels and test types that require a test plan for both Functional and Non-functional Tests.

Senior Delivery Manager

You will work with Cognizant’s customers to provide test automation solutions to various projects, will support creation customized test automation approaches as required and help increase test automation capabilities internally.

Your Key Result Areas

• Solid understanding of Information engineering.
• Demonstrates experience and understanding various types of testing, such as functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Experience with the use of Test Management Tools and defect tracking tools.

Release Train Engineer for People ART

Join us in this role where you’ll act as a driving force for sharing agile and SAFe knowledge across four ART teams with 41 employees.

You’ll work as a servant leader and facilitate ART practices, program level processes, and execution. You’ll also manage risks and escalate impediments as well as assist the teams in delivering value. An important part of your job will also be to ensure proper funding to the ART and continuously monitor spending.
