Do you want a global leadership role in Xellia with strategic influence on our Quality Management Systems?
As our new Manager, you will lead the Global Quality Systems & Training team that currently consist of seven highly-skilled specialists located in our offices in both Europe and North America. First and foremost, it will be your responsibility to lead committed and dedicated employees by securing their motivation in their daily work. You will also undertake global responsibility for the set-up and maintenance of the Xellia Quality Management System and be an active player in updating our corporate Xellia Quality Strategy.
Ascendis Pharma A/S, Hellerup
As Application Management Lead you will be responsible for building an application management function that will support the business and enable Ascendis Pharma to efficiently run and expand the application landscape in an outsourced environment. Currently the team holds two experienced System Managers.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Creating structure and processes for application management – i.e. Change Advisory Boards
- Being responsible for application management of selected applications/platforms
- Liaison with the user communities and system owners

This is a new position as the department has been expanding. We are searching for a strong leader to lead approx. 15 Software Engineers organized in 3-4 Scrum teams. You will be part of the C2 Software leadership team and play an important role in the department’s daily management and implementation of strategic initiatives – especially in bridging our two physical locations.
