Som IT-medarbejder i REFA vil du få en nøglerolle med ansvar for at servicere REFAs IT-brugere og sikre at REFAs IT- og OT-systemer yder optimalt.

IT-sikkerhed spiller en meget betydelig rolle i REFAs hverdag, derfor vil dine opgaver også omfatte dele af det arbejde, som REFA udfører for at sikre sig mod brud på IT-sikkerheden.

IT Service Technician (2nd level)

As IT Service Technician, you’ll be part of a highly skilled and collaborative IT team supporting our entire organization. Based at our headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg, your mission is to ensure that all users have the tools, systems, and support they need to work efficiently – every single day.

Roughly 70% of your time will be focused on second level support-handling more advanced issues across applications, infrastructure, and hybrid environments.

Career IT Infrastructure Administrator (3rd Level)

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing the backbone of our IT infrastructure, from servers and network systems to private and cloud-based environments.

The role is based at our headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg and reports directly to our Head of IT Operations. You will act as the technical lead on infrastructure projects, ensuring best-practice design and execution while supporting ongoing performance, stability, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Head of IT Operations

As Head of IT Operations, you’ll report to the Head of IT and be responsible for designing, leading, and evolving our core IT infrastructure and system landscape.

This new role gives you the unique opportunity to shape a department from the ground up – building a high-performing team (3-4 new hires), defining processes, and driving key initiatives within cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, and architectural governance.
