The Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe is a dynamic and diverse team responsible for developing and maintaining customer-facing applications, including Chatbot, CRM, and meeting preparation tools. Our mission is to enhance the way we engage with individual customers by implementing advanced CRM and MarTech tooling. This includes driving personalized interactions, leveraging data insights, and ensuring a strong technological foundation that supports our business objectives.
As Tribe Architect, you will be pivotal in defining and steering the architectural vision for the Tribe. You will hold HR and professional responsibility for a team of Solution Architects (10 FTE) distributed across multiple locations. We seek a thought leader with demonstrated expertise in data-driven development and a proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions. Your role will ensure architectural consistency and promote a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture governance and ensure best practices across customer-facing platforms and tools.
- Steer technology direction, including CRM, MarTech, AI/ML solutions, and data foundation initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to align strategic and operational objectives.
- Engage in both tactical and strategic planning, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Oversee development and implementation of data-driven applications, ensuring compliance with financial sector regulations.
- Mentor, develop, and support Solution Architects, promoting professional growth and cross-location collaboration.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within the financial sector.
- Expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including data platform architectures.
- Documented experience in executing and bringing to market larger IT Solutions
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for secure, compliant systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Proficiency in communicating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Technologies and Expertise
- AWS and Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform).
- AI/ML platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic frameworks.
- Data modeling, documentation, and architectural tooling.
- Experience with CRM and MarTech solutions in large-scale environments.

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 6400 to 9600 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
