The role and opportunities

EY-Parthenon is a global consulting firm comprised of more than 25,000 professionals that provides clients with advice on a broad range of topics within Corporate & Growth Strategy, Transformation, M&A, and ESG, Financial Diligence and Economics, and Corporate Finance. We continue to grow our global presence and are looking for curious minds who want to accelerate their career by joining the Strategy team in the Copenhagen office.

In the Strategy team, we work with Corporate and Private Equity (PE) clients to help them grow, reshape their portfolios and reinvent themselves to deliver value for the future. More specifically, you can expect to work with corporate- and growth strategy, commercial due diligence, portfolio optimization, and value creation initiatives (among others).

You will be a part of a dynamic team that applies the latest thinking, research, and analytics to solve complex business problems. Qualifications:

  • Strong academic track record with recent graduation in 2025 or expected graduation in 2026, with a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably also in a Nordic language.
  • Involvement in professional and/or extracurricular activities during your studies, e.g., student job, internship, semester abroad, student organization, or other relevant activities.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

    1. Describe your motivation for joining the Strategy team in Copenhagen
    2. Describe a time you worked to solve a complex problem (with others or alone). What was your role and what impact did you deliver?
  2. Assessment: Upon receipt of your application, you will be provided with a link to our assessment within a few days. The assessment takes about 20 minutes.
  3. Phone call: If selected, we will make a short, introductory phone conversation regarding your motivation, our team and the role.
  4. Case interviews: Selected candidates will be invited to meet our team and to participate in behavioral and case interviews.
