Business Process Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support our Nordic transformation journey by ensuring our ways of working are aligned, effective, and future-ready. In this role, you'll help bridge global designs with local realities - ensuring process alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational practices across the Nordic region.
This is a hands-on role embedded in our key transformation programmes, where you will contribute not only to analysis and documentation, but also to implementation, training, and adoption.
Over the next 3-4 years, we will be changing most of our application landscape. Your role will be critical in making sure that our business processes are ready, understood, and aligned for these upcoming changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Nordic countries to capture and complete capability requirements.
- Document current ("As-Is") business processes and identify local differences from the globally designed ("To-Be") templates, including compliance needs.
- Support Fit-Gap analysis to assess where local processes align or diverge from the global template.
- Help raise process maturity by introducing structure, consistency, and transparency across functions.
- Take an active role throughout all programme phases-from design to implementation and transition to business as usual.
- Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and feedback loops.
- Perform ongoing analysis of business change requirements to ensure continuous alignment and readiness.
- Help set up and possibly deliver training where needed to support the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business process analysis, ideally in a multi-country or transformation context.
- Ability to map and assess business processes in a clear, structured, and standards-aligned way (e.g., using BPMN or similar).
- Comfortable working in environments with low process maturity, where structure needs to be built from the ground up.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops or interviews to gather input.
- Experience in supporting change initiatives, including process rollouts, communications, or training activities.
- Understanding of regulatory or operational differences across Nordic markets is an advantage.
- A structured mindset and familiarity with process improvement approaches such as LEAN or Six Sigma is beneficial.
- Exposure to ERP/CRM implementation or large-scale transformation programmes is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Signavio, Miro, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) would be a plus.
Why Join Us?
You'll be part of an ambitious transformation that spans countries and functions. This role offers both structure and creativity - aligning with global models while making sure local needs are respected. If you're analytical, hands-on, and ready to shape change, we'd love to hear from you.
At Carglass®, you'll join a fast-evolving business where every day brings new opportunities. You'll enjoy a varied and engaging work life, with the autonomy to influence strategy and results. In this role, you will report directly to our CIO and be based at our head office in Albertslund.
Please note that as part of this regional role, you can expect approximately 10-20% travel across the Nordic countries. Travel is primarily linked to workshops, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation support, and gives you the chance to connect directly with colleagues and business units across the region.
