Jobindex processes all personal data within the framework of current legislation. This also applies to personal data collected for Ratings, which includes information about the user completing the rating and the content of the Rating itself.

If a Rating contains or reveals information that could potentially identify an individual, we will remove it. We do, however, allow statements that mention the Managing Director, majority shareholder or the founder of a company, as we expect this person to defend their company’s brand and decisions. Therefore, we will not remove Ratings that evaluate or refer to the Managing Director, majority shareholder or the founder of a company by name.

Every Rating undergoes manual quality assurance before it is published on the company’s Company Profile. If a Rating contains information that could potentially identify an individual person, we will remove the Rating and inform the individual who completed the Rating, providing the reason for our decision. Our internal quality assurance system also guarantees that the only Ratings that appear online are those that comply with the terms and conditions for Ratings, as well as current legislation.
