You will be part of our Silicon Engines department at Oticon, where we develop the chipsets used in our hearing instruments and accessories. The goal is to ensure technological leadership in our products by developing state-of-the-art innovative silicon solutions, featuring world-class performance in DSP processing power, audio quality, connectivity, artificial intelligence, and re-chargeability in smallest size and lowest power consumption.

You will be heading our Analog IC Design team with 10+ designers. Together with the team, you will be responsible for developing all the custom analog IP for our hearing aid chipset platform. You will have great opportunity to influence your own role and the department in general. The Silicon Engines department employs 80+ engineers, and you will be part of the Management Team.
