As an HR Operations Assistant, you play an active and vital role within our HR team to enable it to optimise its effectiveness as well as building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the business at all levels. Furthermore, your responsibility entails:
- Being an essential part of the initial HR point of contact for all admin-related HR questions
- Drafting, designing, and handling quarterly Management HR reports
- Ensuring accurate usage and management of HR systems, with a specific focus on our HRIS (Talentsoft)
