Principal Software Engineer
We are currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Principal Software Engineer, experienced with developing computational platforms to enable broadening the universe of patients benefiting from Vaccibody vaccines. This is a great opportunity to join a creative and dynamic work environment that offers a great place to work along with global collaborations.
Your role:
- Develop and implement algorithm software based on prototype code from the bioinformatics team and/or our internal state-of-the-art computational platform NeoSELECTTM, for detection of patient-specific neoepitopes that give an immune response
- Write clean, maintainable, documented code using engineering best practices
- Prepare documentation and participate in design reviews
