Are you specialised in M&A, finance and/or corporate law and do you want to work with renewable energy. Do you want to advise on and draft contracts in relation to development, acquisitions, sales processes and financing of wind and solar projects in Germany and countries in Central and Eastern Europe? Then perhaps you are our new colleague.

We are looking for an experienced business-minded Senior Lawyer who has significant experience within M&A, finance and/or corporate law, and who can independently handle legal processes, contract negotiations and major transactions. The right candidate will be working with the German market and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
