Compensation & Benefits is one of the key areas within Corporate HR, and it supports the organization by developing, renewing and implementing compensation & benefit strategies, tools, policies and processes to support the business.
You will be overall responsible for Orifarms compensation & benefit priorities, and as Compensation & Benefits Manager you will have direct report to the Executive Vice President for HR, Communication and CSR. Furthermore, you will be a member of the HR leadership team. You will be leading a small team of specialized HR professionals within Compensation & Benefits as well as HR administration, and you will be part of a larger European HR organization of approx. 20 HR professionals.
