You will lead the QA team that today consists of seven people with different backgrounds and experiences. The team is responsible for quality assurance and quality development activities. You will be working closely with different departments. Together with your team, you are one part of making sure that we develop and manufacture safe, reliable and compliant products.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize activities, resources and ensure trained and engaged personnel within the Quality Assurance team.
• Support the organization in QA related tasks related to Design Control, Risk Management, Supplier Management, Process Validations and Nonconformance’s
