Lecturer for MBA and Master's at IBA

IBA Kolding is looking for an enthusiastic and engaged lecturer for our MBA and Master´s degree courses. We offer an informal and warm cross-cultural working environment with a flexible and varied work design. There is plenty of personal and professional development opportunities.

IBA and Coventry University are jointly delivering Master´s and Bachelor’s degrees at IBA´s new campus in the centre of Kolding. The courses aim at international students from outside Europe hence cross-cultural skills are important. All communication and teaching is in English.

The ideal candidate holds as a minimum a Master’s degree in Business Innovation, Strategy or Management. The candidate has excellent English language skills and substantial working experience from UK Higher Education. Scientific publication and participation in international journals and conferences would be an advantage.
