Based in Ballerup, your mission will be to design experiences for hearing aid users that set the direction for our business. To do so, you are a quick study, making sense of large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data and creating meaningful insights. You visualize the opportunities you see, define strategic value propositions and engage internal stakeholders to drive business change. In the process, you will:

Work with your immediate team to identify social, technology, economic, and political trends that shape our landscape
Use your emotional intelligence to identify latent needs for hearing aid users and providers
Craft and communicate psychographic profiles of hearing aid users and providers
