Kaizen Industrial Engineer

Are you equipped to secure that production achieves agreed targets through overall Kaizen activities and takt-time processes at our Nacelle and PCM factories? Then, you may just be the colleague, we are looking for!
This position will plan, direct and continually improve Kaizen manufacturing initiatives for our Nacelle and PCM factories. Drive the implementation of Lean fundamental competencies (Value Stream Maps, Visual Performance, Kaizen, Work Standardization, Gemba Engagement) in order to continually improve performance in quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety. Develop and implement systems, procedures, and projects required to successfully accomplish corporate goals/objectives. Furthermore, your tasks will include:
- Clearly communicate the Kaizen and Lean philosophy, vision and expectations
- Evaluate and define standard time and sequence of operations (Work Instructions) through the data analysis
