You will be supporting the entire department, working with everyday administrative tasks task as well as supporting larger events and projects. Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating meetings, bookings and purchases for the team
• Assisting with preparation and execution of different events
• Maintaining our intranet team sites, photo libraries and global campaign sites
