Do you seek the opportunity to use your unique IT skills set in an international context? Responsibilities

Develop, implement and continuously optimize processes around software deployment, maintenance and development of images, software packages and the usage of Sharepoint and collaboration tools.
Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all tickets within the End-User Computing area.
Provide guidance and instructions to the vendor on developing and maintaining key policies and procedures.
