STUDIO 9 is looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Lead to grow KEYSTONE, our SaaS platform for product and supply chain data.
You will own the customer journey from first conversation to long-term success. You will drive new customer acquisition, lead onboarding and implementation, and build strong relationships that support adoption, retention and growth.
