Your main focus is to select, evaluate, qualify, and validate motors for fan applications across HVAC/R, powertrain cooling, and industrial markets.
You will translate product and customer requirements into robust motor specifications, assess suppliers and technologies, and ensure that the motors we choose are efficient, reliable, controllable, and well‑integrated into our fan systems.
