Are you the go-to person when someone needs help with IT or technical issues? Do you have experience with IT support or similar?
Your focus will be supporting our stores in close collaboration with the rest of the IT organization. Your tasks will include:
- Providing 2nd level support to stores and store managers
- Providing 1st level support to colleagues at our head offices in different countries
