The HR Business and Labor Relations Partner is responsible for supporting the Danish Operations organization (~500 employees) by driving HR processes and labor relations, supporting leaders at all levels, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and Danish labor law.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with local and global HR colleagues to drive continuous improvement in HR services.
