The HR Business and Labor Relations Partner is responsible for supporting the Danish Operations organization (~500 employees) by driving HR processes and labor relations, supporting leaders at all levels, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and Danish labor law.
This position reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partnering and is an onsite role located in Brønshøj. The position is a maternity cover expected to be limited to 1 year.
Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders within the Danish Operations function
Navigate and negotiate local/collective agreements in collaboration with management and shop stewards
Support HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, training & development
Provide expert guidance on labor law, HR legal cases, and blue-collar workforce matters
Handle employee relations topics including sick leave, performance improvement, terminations, and coaching
Collaborate with local and global HR colleagues to drive continuous improvement in HR services.
Experience supporting both white- and blue-collar employee groups in a manufacturing or production environment
In-depth knowledge of Danish labor law and hands-on experience working with collective agreements and union/steward collaboration
Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
Demonstrated experience handling complex HR cases and driving pragmatic, compliant solutions
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as Workday used in global organizations
Long-standing experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a medium-to-large international company
