Demant is on a growth journey, and we need you to fill a vacant position as Senior Projects and M&A Tax Specialist, managing all tax aspects of M&A transactions and structuring tax projects from a Danish and international perspective!
The tasks are varied but generally include:
- Managing tax projects e.g. Intellectual Property transfers (IP) and Mergers/Demergers as well as other restructures.
- Managing tax audits with tax authorities
