We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Supporter to join our team. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to our users, both globally and locally.
In addition, you will act as supervisor to your less experienced colleagues, working closely with our larger global team to meet and improve KPIs and SLAs.
You will need to be self-driven and proactive, taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution.
