We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Supporter to join our team. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to our users, both globally and locally. In addition, you will act as supervisor to your less experienced colleagues, working closely with our larger global team to meet and improve KPIs and SLAs. You will need to be self-driven and proactive, taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution. You are also expected to deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our support operations and delivering into IT projects as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Hands-on and remote IT support to end-users in our global environment.
  • Administration of user accounts, permissions and access rights.
  • Asset management and compliance through Microsoft Intune.
  • Light application support and license management (assign and procure).
  • Restart of servers, VMs and services in Microsoft Server environment.
  • Follow a KPI-driven approach to team and personal performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex incidents/requests and take ownership of issues, following through to resolution.
  • Act as supervisor to your less experienced colleagues.
  • Deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our support operations by proactively identifying issues and suggesting solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree in Computer science or equivalent.
  • +5 Years experience from working with IT.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience from working in an international organization.
  • Experience with project management
  • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs in IT support.
  • Language skills in Danish.

The job is offered as a local position, and we do not support relocation. Individual agreement can be made with your manager for limited hybrid work. The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group. Travel expected is 10-15%. Mainly in the northern part of Europe.
