It is your role to support and advice local managers on managerial tasks as handling performance cases, terminations, promotions, transfers etc. You are the go-to person to ensure compliance with our local union agreements, employment laws etc. whereas the colleagues in HR Operations and HR Rewards are managing and negotiating the overall agreements, conditions, and frameworks.
