As a Solutions Engineer you will lead technical discussions to help our prospects, customers, and partners build creative solutions for mapping, navigation, and data visualization. You will be part of the sales department performing the technical sales functions of product demonstrations, engaging in technical workshops, and supporting implementations in partnership with our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities include:
- Participation in MapsIndoors sales meetings with prospective and existing customers and partners as both pre- and post-sales support
- Responding to RFPs and crafting SoWs including documenting the technical specifications for the customer solution
- MapsIndoors workshops, proofs-of-concept, troubleshooting and testing
