As a key player of the global transition project in LINDBERG Customer Operation, you will actively support the development and the implementation of the future global Customer Operations footprint of Kering Eyewear.

The focus will be Customer Operation processes and development in all the project phases. The Project Manager will assist Customer Operation and the global project team during the business requirement, analysis, process design, IT system development and roll out phase.

The Project Manager will collaborate to the improvement of tools and software application across the regions and working with all business functions involved.
