As Team Lead, you will be balancing daily support with planning preventive maintenance, manage breakdowns and leading your team. You are responsible for increasing the technical uptime of equipment in the factory to ensure a good delivery performance, and for making sure that the operators have the best possible conditions for delivering good results.
