Are you energized by providing high quality advice in complex legal matters and do you want to be responsible for the legal aspects of M&A transactions for a global leader within water solutions?

Your main responsibilities:
Project management of all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including (in close collaboration with external legal advisors where relevant) driving the legal part of due diligence processes, drafting/reviewing transaction documentation, transaction structuring work.
