As the Team Leader, reporting to the Business Stream Automation Manager, you will lead a team of 7 Automation Software Engineers and product specialists based in Aarhus.

Your role will involve driving resource and competence planning to align with long and short-term business needs. In addition, you will conduct automation design reviews with team members and utilize your technical expertise to deliver software solution designs and implementations.

Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI systems, particularly Rockwell and Siemens, is expected, as well as leadership skills.
