As Claim Coordinator at HPP you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks. This includes responsibility and executing the Claim handling process from coordination with Field Service, receiving the claims and products, updating the status in ICOS/SAP, disassembling with the assistance of the technicians, and evaluating the root cause with input from relevant competences in HPP.
