As Operational Excellence Assistant you will provide methods, tools, and ideas to the technical support and service delivery teams, enabling them to deliver World Class service.

The end-users are always in focus, and their needs often call for activities that fall between the sales and after sales support teams. Therefore, your tasks will also include pro-active customer contact on a mix of technical and commercial matters; tasks that define the customers’ perception of our operational excellence.
