We are looking for a Director of Monitoring who is very analytical, structured, and ready to further develop and strengthen our surveillance, performance, and quality competencies.

Your primary task will be to lead the surveillance team in Sønderborg, while expanding our monitoring, performance, and quality efforts beyond Denmark into new markets. Furthermore, you will join the O&M management team with whom you will develop a clear O&M strategy based on ambitious targets to ensure world-class operations and maintenance in Better Energy.

You have a minimum of 5 years of work and leadership experience in the energy industry and preferably possess knowledge of SCADA system, CCTV, and other monitoring and surveillance systems.
