You lead the HR department in a fast-growing site (300 FTEs) developing and producing high tech equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.

Stevanato Group is a large Italian-owned international group developing and producing both assembly, packaging and inspection equipment and containers for the actual drugs. The site in Silkeborg has a full value chain (project management, engineering, production, supply chain and support functions) and expects to almost double the output and add 200 FTEs in the next three years as the demand for their high quality and efficient solutions is ever increasing.

You coach and develop the local management team regarding HR, culture, and communication and lead a three-person local HR team. With a proactive and structured approach you initiate own and implement group HR activities and tools.
