Project Manager, Customer Service Nordics & Baltics

Copenhagen (DK), Stockholm (SE), Malmö (SE), Oslo (NO) or Helsinki (FI)

At Miele we work to continuously improve our Customer Service offerings towards our Domestic and Professional customers. We are therefore seeking a Project Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a can-do attitude.

Reporting to the Nordic & Baltic Service Director, your main tasks will include:

Use available data to identify how we best can develop the service business to improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies
Transform operational insights into improvement projects with clear objectives and governance
Own the overall project portfolio for the Nordic-Baltic Service organization and keep relevant stakeholders involved and informed
