We are looking for the Area Sales Director for our CBS (Commercial Building Services) division who will lead and manage sales activities within the Nordics Area (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Baltics) and build strong relationships with several customer types, deliver mutual benefits and profitable growth.

As the Area Sales Director, CBS – Nordics, you will be responsible for:

Translating strategy into concrete execution plans for the unit or function;
Implementing marketing and sales tactics to achieve the budgeted sales, market share, and profit growth goals;
Thinking and acting E2E: Engaging proactively with colleagues outside own scope to deliver best outcomes for CBS end customers.
